Brush Safe and Smile More

There is a huge deal with looking good in 2020.  But the entire game has changed and that is because more and more people are working from home.  Rather they’re being forced due to local regulations and laws or simply to cut costs for business people are now spending more time at home than ever and the most looked at feature is now their face.  That is because digital meetings and video conferences which were special back in the day are now how we work in 2020.  That has brought the fact that our smiles mean more and more because they are the feature that people pick out and work the hardest to focus on these days. That is why keeping up with your dental health is so important in 2020.  It is the new suit you that you can wear to work it is the main focus.  It is more important than a pair of shoes now and it is the first thing people now see. 

This is why it is incredibly important to make sure you are consistently brushing your teeth in 2020.  That is the best way to keep up a bright smile and it is to keep brushing away all of the things that are going to bring down your smile.  The yellowing of teeth and the build-up of plaque is something that can hurt your career in 2020 and by getting into an incredible habit of brushing you can help minimize the chances that your teeth with stand out in a bad way on the next zoom call. But it is not only for looks that brushing is important. 

The fact is that by brushing your teeth more and more you can actually help your health.  If you are now having to wear a mask on the daily then you know how your breath smells.  Many people are noticing that their breath is not what they were hoping it would be under the mask.  It has brought to light that the average brushing habits of most Americans are falling short of regular good healthcare.  So we need to personally work on our own goals.  Now those need to be different based on your current health situation.

The fact is that none of our mouths are the same and that we probably each need to see a dentist to make sure we are making the best habits this year for us.  We each may need different toothpaste and brushing routines to make sure our mouths are being protected.  It can be a big deal and we may need different ways to get white teeth as well.  Some people are just fine and get great results by brushing with whitening toothpaste.  While others may need professional whitening and also a new diet to cut down on teeth staining.   There really are so many different variables in our dental health that it is beyond worth it to get a checkup and a plan for the next six months.  That is the safest way to brush and it is to brush with a dental recommendation for you. 

So schedule your next trip to the dentist.  Mine is right after the HOlidays so I can see what damage I have done and see if my dental routine was good enough this year to prevent any damage.
